Eligibility: The raffle is open to all individuals who are attending The Hospitality Show from October 29-30th, 2024.
Entry: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entries can be submitted by filling out a form on https://airgarage.com/raffle. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) pair of Apple AirPods (approximate retail value: $189.99). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services. AirGarage is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by October 30th, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. The drawing will take place on October 31st at 9:00 AM CST, and the winner will be notified via email or phone. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification, or a new winner will be drawn.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow AirGarage to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Communication: By participating, entrants allow AirGarage to send promotional messages.
Liability: By participating, entrants release AirGarage from any liability related to the raffle or the prize. AirGarage is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues that may affect participation.
