How it Works

Property Evaluation and Proposal

We'll have an initial conversation to understand your goals, current challenges, and specific needs for your property.

After that, we'll put together a plan that maximizes your revenue, considering location, current usage, demand, and revenue possibilities.

Signage Installation

We aim to launch within 30 days of signing a contract together. This step can be even faster if your prior operators agree to vacating earlier.

We’ll replace and install large "Public Parking" AirGarage branded signage facing public roads to funnel drivers to your lot. When drivers park, they'll see our orange signs every 3 - 5 spaces with payment instructions.

If your property has gate arms and kiosks, we'll remove the arms and cover them with branded signage.

Dashboard Onboarding

We’ll integrate your property with our technology platform. This includes setting up a dashboard where you can monitor real-time data, manage your property, and track revenue.

Launch

We’ll onboard your tenants and staff,  start enforcement, and begin marketing efforts to attract new drivers.

Continuous Optimizations

You’ll receive regular reports on usage, revenue, and any issues that arise, keeping you informed and in control.

We’ll gather feedback and analyze performance data to make ongoing improvements, ensuring your property operates at peak efficiency.
